Leasehold Capital is a specialist leasehold investment business. We focus on properties where value is being held back by lease-related problems — short leases, escalating ground rents, poor mortgageability, and complications that prevent conventional buyers from transacting with confidence.
Most investors avoid leasehold because they don't understand it well enough to assess it properly. We do. That expertise — in lease extension strategy, valuation, and execution — is the edge that makes this model work.
We source the deal, manage the process, and deliver the exit. The investor provides the capital. We provide everything else.

HOW IT WORKS

We source properties with short leases, ground rent issues, or lease-related complications that are suppressing value — before the open market catches up.
02 — Assess
We run the numbers on the lease extension premium, refurbishment cost, and exit value. The opportunity is identified and stress-tested before anything is presented to an investor.
03 — Acquire
We negotiate at a price that reflects the problem — and that builds in the margin to solve it properly.
04 — Extend
We manage the lease extension process end to end, coordinating solicitors, valuers, and the freeholder throughout.
05 — Refurbish
Where needed, we oversee works to bring the property to its exit-ready condition, managing contractors and quality on the investor's behalf.
06 — Exit
Sale or rental exit, with the full value uplift from a clean title, extended lease, and improved condition realised.
